Chef Daniel Boulud will host a six-course wine dinner featuring white truffles from Italy’s Alba region at 7 p.m. Wednesday at db Bistro Moderne, 225 Biscayne Blvd. Way, Miami. Tickets are $325, with reservations available at 305-421-8800.

Steak 954, 401 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, presents the final installment of its War of the Wines dinner series for the year at 7 p.m. Nov. 29. The matchup: champagne vs. sparkling wine. Tickets are $100, with reservations available at 954-414-8333.
