Rihanna apologizes for 777 debacle

Seven concerts. Seven cities. Seven days.

Rihanna began her “777” tour in Mexico City last week with an exclusive party for about 2,000 fans.

Rihanna arrived in Mexico City on a Boeing 777, taking her to Toronto, Stockholm, Paris, Berlin, London and finally New York.

Journalists aboard weren’t happy, especially on days five and six (Berlin and London).

An UsWeekly writer wrote that most passengers were deprived of sleep, food and sunshine, and that the singer refused to make herself available for interviews. One Australian shock-jock even streaked naked through the plane in protest.

“I know you guys got barely any dirt,” Rihanna, who was busy tending to her voice, told press. “It’s impossible to spend time with everybody, and I’m sorry I didn’t. But this was excellent and I would definitely do it again.”
