The Tennessee State Museum in Nashville has just opened The Guitar: An American Love Story, with more than 150 guitars on display. Among instruments on loan for the show are Vince Gill’s 1942 Martin D-28 (pictured), Eric lapton’s 1958 Gibson Explorer, Keith Richards’ 1953 Fender Telecaster and singing cowboy star Roy Roger’s OM-45 Deluxe made by C.F. Martin & Co., circa 1930. The exhibit runs through Dec. 30.
