Former Miami Beach official faces 63 felony counts

Prosecutors on Tuesday formally filed 63 felony counts, including racketeering, bribery and bid tampering, against former Miami Beach procurement director Gus Lopez.

He was arrested last month. Lopez pleaded not guilty.
