Few events bring together such an eclectic group of honorees as the annual Glamour Women of the Year awards. At Carnegie Hall Monday night, HBO star Lena Dunham, creator of Girls, was introduced by a healthy-looking Chelsea Handler (who called in sick earlier to a Today show appearance) and paid tribute to the late Nora Ephron. Ethel Kennedy was praised by daughter Rory, who made a film about her famous mom. Olympic athletes were introduced by Mary J. Blige and serenaded by American Idol Phillip Phillips. Randomly, newly single Selena Gomez was lauded by Ethan Hawke (they’re pals).

Mother, mother

Sister, Sister twin Tamera Mowry and her husband, Fox News correspondent Adam Housley, are parents as of Monday. Aden came two weeks after his due date. Ex Party of Five-r Scott Wolf and his wife Kelley Limp ( The Real World) welcomed their second son, Miller.

Money troubles

Gary Dourdan’s star really has fallen. The former CSI: Crime Scene Investigation star, 45, filed for bankruptcy, TMZ reported. He has $1.8 million in assets but owes $1.73 million. According to the site, Dourdan claims his monthly disposable income is a piddly $321. Dourdan’s been in the news for the wrong reasons starting in 2008, after being arrested for possession of cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, prescription drugs and paraphernalia.

So sorry

Victoria’s Secret has apologized for putting a Native American-style headdress on a model in its annual fashion show last week. The outfit was criticized as a display of ignorance toward tribal culture and history. Similarly, the band No Doubt just had to yank a Wild West-themed music video for Looking Hot, and issue an apology.

Honors go to...

GQ’s December “Men of the Year” issue ought to be an eyeful when it hits stands Nov. 20. Among those recognized: Channing Tatum, Ben Affleck and “Obsession of the Year,” Rihanna.

The legendary Wonder performed for well over two hours, singing covers by The Beatles, Michael Jackson and Bob Marley as well as his own greatest hits. Wonder also invited some of the audience, this writer included, to audition for him on his hit, Part Time Lover. While he told us we were better than the previous, uh, contestant, we’ll be keeping the full time day job.

    Amanda Bynes: hot mess extraordinaire

The term “hot mess” doesn’t come close to describing Amanda Bynes. The troubled actress appeared disheveled in a long blond wig and sweats Friday in a criminal court where she was charged with reckless endangerment. She was also charged with attempted tampering with evidence and unlawful possession of marijuana, all misdemeanors.
