Broward College has called off a lockdown of its Central Campus in Davie.
The lockdown was originally begun Thursday afternoon when reports came in of a woman on campus possibly having a gun.
No injuries were reported, said Captain Dale Engle of the Davie Police Department.
The police department is still searching for the woman, who may be a student and was last seen leaving the library. She is described as a white female, aged 20-22 with dark curly hair. She also wore a low cut blouse, jeans and burgundy sneakers.
