A man is accused of stabbing his girlfriend with a steak knife Tuesday morning in Lauderhill.

The Lauderhill Police Department issued a warrant for 47-year-old Raphael Brown, who is wanted on a charge of first-degree attempted murder.

Brown stabbed his girlfriend multiple times during an argument, police said, and has not been seen since. His girlfriend is recovering from her injuries.

Police asked anyone with information to call Detective Atina Johnson at 954-717-4627 or Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
