Pines Charter runs to its first boys’ cross-country District 15-3A title

The Bisons were led by the two-pronged running attack of Keenan Springer, who led all rushers with 182 yards and two touchdowns, and Immanuel Pierre (130 yds, 2 TDs), while quarterback Kevin Campo threw for a score to Kyle Castleton in the third quarter.

Westland (4-6, 3-2) was led on the ground by its seniors on Senior Night. Patrick Stephenson led the team in rushing with 80 yards and also scored a touchdown. Quarterback Matthew Sandoval threw for 89 yards and also threw for a two-point conversion to Tervel Parrish.
