One small sex-tape victory for Hulk Hogan: The wrestling legend has settled his lawsuit against former friend, Tampa shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge.

Financial terms of the settlement were not known, but Bubba (born Todd Clem) issued an apology for all to see, TMZ reports. It says, in part: “It is my belief that Hulk is not involved, and has not ever been involved, in trying to release the video, or exploit it, or otherwise gain from the video’s release in any way.”

Hogan is continuing with his $100 million lawsuit against Gawker for publishing the randy clip and seeking damages from Bubba’s ex, Heather Clem, who was Hogan’s, um, partner in crime.

In memoriam

Hollywood is still experiencing shock waves over Bring it On star Natina Reed’s shocking death. The R&B singer, 32, was run over by a car in a metro Atlanta intersection Friday night. It’s unclear why Reed was in the road. Police say the driver wasn’t at fault and won’t be charged. “Life will never be the same... she was my sister,” singer and former Blaque bandmate Brandi Williams wrote on Twitter, where Monica, Jordin Sparks, Russell Simmons and Gabrielle Union also posted condolences.

Crash talk

Witnesses at the aggravated manslaughter trial of a former Melrose Place actress say Amy Locane was babbling, chatty and manic in the grisly scene’s aftermath. The prosecution and the defense agree Locane was drunk on the night of the June 2010 crash, but the defense claims the actress was distracted by another driver who was chasing her. Gannett New Jersey reports ER nurse Christine Wiggins testified Locane didn’t appear to know 60-year-old Helen Seeman had died. The prosecution could wrap up its case this week.

No trespassing

Tom Cruise always seems to have drama on and off the set. Jason Sullivan was arrested Sunday night for allegedly trespassing at Cruise’s Beverly Hills mansion after the actor’s security guards saw him hopping a fence. The man was identified as one of the Mission Impossible star’s neighbors and was reportedly intoxicated. It’s possible the guy may have thought he was entering his own house. Good thing Tom wasn’t home.

Nobody’s perfect

Lucky magazine is taking some heat over its November issue. Britney Spears is the cover girl and looks a little too prim. Seems The X Factor judge was photoshopped like crazy, appearing too sleek, with too-coiffed hair (it may be a wig) with too-white teeth. Magazine eds were forced to apologize, tweeting: “Thank you all for sharing your thoughts on our cover! As always, we will share with our team and we’re sorry to have let some of you down.”
