St. Petersburg: Dali works from the Spanish National Collection on loan

Salvador Dali's "Bed and Two Bedside Tables Ferociously Attacking a Cello" is one of 12 works loaned for a temporary exhibit to the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg from the National Collection of Modern Art in Spain. A dozen of Salvador Dali’s paintings owned by the Spanish Kingdom have gone on display at the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg. The exhibit runs through March 31. The paintings, on loan from the National Collection of Modern Art in Spain, have never before been exhibited in the United States.

    At Legoland parks, builders construct entire city skylines of LEGO bricks. In Palm Beach, the Norton Museum of Art saw art in the structures and commissioned Dan Parker, a LEGO-certified professional, to use the bricks to construct landmark buildings from around the world. The structures are part of the exhibit Block by Block: Inventing Amazing Architecture, which opens Thursday and runs through Oct. 20.
