Phone lines down at Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department

The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department’s Customer Call Center’s phone lines are down, according to a department advisory. It’s not known when the lines will be restored.

Customers can still access http://www.miamidade.gov/water/ to take care of issues. Customers may also pay their bill in person at any of the department’s four service locations or at authorized private pay stations.
