Tina and Joe Simpson are headed for a D-I-V-O-R-C-E after a whopping 35 years or marriage, Entertainment Tonight reports. The parents of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson say in a statement that the split is “amicable” and there are no third parties. Tina did the filing citing “discord or conflict of personalities,” and the family’s Encino, Calif. estate is up for sale, according to Trulia.com. Joe, 54, was arrested Aug. 4 in Sherman Oaks, Calif, and charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
