The Kardashians have pitted neighbor against neighbor in the otherwise quiet San Souci area of North Miami - less than two weeks after their arrival.
The producers of the E! reality show with Kim and Kourtney Kardashian are complaining that a resident near the set of the series is trying to get rich quick by charging exorbitant parking fees to the cast and crew.
And that caused a rift between the enterprising neighbor and the homeowners association that green-lighted three months worth of filming in the community.
