Renee Graziano is in rehab at Transitions Recovery Program in North Miami Beach, reports The New York Post’s Page Six.

The Mob Wives star, 42, has been there since Monday, but apparently not for drugs or alcohol.

“Her choice to enter rehab was made entirely on her own,” Graziano’s representative tells the paper. “She has made this decision for the betterment of her son AJ’s life, as well as to improve her physical, mental and spiritual health.”

Graziano has been remaining upbeat, as evidence by her Tweets (they allow computers?). “Positive thoughts bring positive results,” read one post.

It’s not all for naught. VH1 cameras are rolling during the divorced reality star’s 30-day treatment at Transitions. Before her stint began, Scene in the Tropics writer Lesley Abravanel reports Graziano was dining with rapper Fat Joe and 12 of her “closest friends” at Fort Lauderdale’s Café Martorano.

“This experience was great,’’ the 22-year-old told The Miami Herald. “It showed me how different the two areas are and how the lifestyle I’m living now is very different than how I grew up. I’ve changed a lot.”
