X Factor judge Britney Spears can’t seem to find any peace.

Jurors will begin hearing testimony in L.A. next week on claims by the singer’s ex manager Sam Lutfi that he was vilified and unfairly blamed for the singer’s public meltdown more than four years ago. Lutfi is seeking millions of dollars from Spears and her family, claiming her mother’s book lied about him drugging and isolating the pop star. He is also seeking a portion of the singer’s fortune, which has been under a conservatorship headed by her father. Court documents released recently include an itemized list of the mother of two’s 2010 expenses including more than $7,000 on hair, makeup, massages, grooming and nails; $54,292.12 on clothes. Living expenses such as dry cleaning, pet care, household supplies and groceries: $179,661.06. Forbes recently named Spears, 30, the second-highest paid woman behind Oprah in Hollywood. She earned an estimated $58 million in the past 12 months.

Taking control?

Speaking of The X Factor: After weeks of speculation, it seems Khloe Kardashian and Extra personality Mario Lopez are the new co-hosts , reports the CelebrityCafe.com. Fox has yet to make an official announcement.

In related news, Ricky Gervais is out and Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are in as hosts of the 70th annual Golden Globes Jan. 13.
