Job fair set for Wednesday in Davie

 

Sixty employers are slated to attend a free job fair Wednesday in Davie.

The latest hiring expo by Job News USA expects to have 1,000 jobs available, including pharmacists, fast-food clerks, janitors, commercial drivers and marketing managers. Companies participating include Bed Bath & Beyond, Aflac, Pollo Tropical and Comcast. Employers rent tables, but job seekers may attend for free.

The fair at the Signature Grand event hall at 6900 State Road 84, Davie, starts at 10 am. and ends at 2 p.m. Organizers said job seekers should bring 50 copies of a resume and pre-register at jobnewsftl.com.
