William Likley led Glades Central (2-4) with 157 rushing yards, 102 coming in the second half, including scoring runs of 34 yards and 1 yard. T.J. Abrams completed 12 of 17 passes for 172 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions.
The Panthers (4-3) were slow out of the gate and trailed 14-10 at halftime.
• Northeast 48, Everglades 6: Stacy Coley put on a one-man show in front of a packed homecoming crowd as the Hurricanes (5-1) routed the Gators (3-4) in a nondistrict game.
Coley racked up 125 yards receiving and three scores. He added a jaw-dropping 81-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and a third-quarter interception of Gators quarterback Caleb Goldson.
• West Broward 35, Pines Charter 12: The Bobcats defeated the Jaguars in front of more than 300 fans. Bobcats receiver Keenan Thompson and running back Anderson Correa had great performances as it was senior night for West Broward.
Correa rushed for 93 yards on 17 attempts with a late 3-yard touchdown to seal the win. Thompson had 150 yards on 17 attempts with three touchdowns.
Jaguar running back Jiovanni Aponte rushed for 113 yards on 23 attempts and one touchdown.
• Cardinal Gibbons 31, Coral Springs 12: After a tightly contested first half, the Chiefs (6-0) scored 21 consecutive points in the second half, as they defeated the host Colts (3-3).
Quarterback Peyton Bender led Cardinal Gibbons with 196 passing yards and two touchdowns.
• Monarch 25 Douglas 15: The Knights (5-1) defeated the Eagles in their homecoming game play at Deerfield Beach high school.
