‘Talley’s Folly’

Lanford Wilson won the Pulitzer Prize for ‘Talley’s Folly,’ his play about unlikely sweethearts in Missouri circa 1944. Brian Wallace plays Matt Friedman, with Erin Joy Schmidt as Sally Talley in the first play of Wilson’s Talley trilogy. J. Barry Lewis directs the season-opening production at Palm Beach Dramaworks, 201 Clematis St., West Palm Beach. Performances are 8 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday, 7 p.m. Sunday, 2 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday-Sunday, through Nov. 11. Tickets are $55 ($10 for students).
