LeAnn Rimes goes to the ER for dental problems

LeAnn Rimes has physical as well as emotional issues. Fresh out of rehab, the singer took a trip to the ER Sunday morning as a result of what she calls ongoing dental problems. Rimes, who entered a facility to deal with anxiety (some say she never got over people calling her a home wrecker), Tweeted that she had a “massive infection” and felt as if she “got hit in my right side of my face with a baseball bat.”

Meanwhile, husband Eddie Cibrian stepped out without his wedding ring on Monday.

Guy Ritchie wasn’t scared off by Madonna. The director is taking another trip down the aisle. Bride to be is his pregnant girlfriend, model Jacqui Ainsley. The two also have a son Rafeal, born September 2011.

Danny Devito’s wandering eye may have been the straw that broke his 30-year marriage to Rhea Perlman, insiders tell RadarOnline.

“After years of turning a blind eye to it, Rhea finally snapped,” a source told the site, adding that the Cheers star had been unhappy with the diminutive Taxi hell raiser for a long time, maybe a decade.

The New York Post is reporting Richard Gere’s flirty ways aren’t making him new friends. Page Six dishes that the Arbitrage star infuriated a diner at Nick& Toni’s in East Hampton, N.Y., Saturday, by continuing to stare at his blonde, attractive wife. Gere went as far as to approach their table when the hubby told the actor to get away from them. Gere promptly left, even though the rest of his party (which did not include wife Cary Lowell) stayed.

Most shocking

David Blaine has finished what could be called his most sizzling stunt. The magician emerged shortly before 9 p.m. Monday after spending three days and nights standing in the middle of 1 million volts of electric currents at NYC’s Pier 54. A spokesman says Blaine was able to walk with assistance, speak and kiss fiancée Alizee Guinochet before going to a hospital for evaluation. Blaine wore a chainmail bodysuit as a barrier between himself and the currents, emitted by Tesla coils.

Mail scare

Bristol Palin is trying to not let a threatening letter mess up her chances on Dancing With the Stars: All Stars. Investigators are trying to determine who sent it as well as an accompanying white powder that was determined to be nonhazardous.
