Spotted in Miami (separately): Adriana Lima, Shania Twain

Shania Twain and her husband had dinner Thursday night at Zuma. Our spy tells us it was a vegetarian meal including eggplant, fried tofu, mushroom salad and a mushroom hot pot with truffles. The source says Twain seemed "super happy and in a great mood."

Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima, looking in top shape after welcoming a baby girl just three weeks ago, was spotted Friday taking a 45-minute cycling class at Flywheel Sports on Purdy Avenue. She was joined by her trainer, Michael Olajida.

On Friday night, there was a very large sighting at Prime Italian and it wasn’t just the meatballs. Shaquille O’Neal was seen “in a playful mood,” enjoying a family style dinner with his friends.

Rapper Fabolous was living up to his name Sunday night, dining with pals in Philippe’s private wine room.

Late Show with David Letterman’s Paul Shaffer was spotted Saturday and Sunday at Nikki Beach Miami where he dined both times on the free-range chicken.

The ex-husband of Real Housewives of Miami cast member Alexia Echevarria was arrested on Sept. 13 in Miami-Dade County for probation violation, according to JailBase.com. Pedro Luis Rosello was convicted of cocaine smuggling in 1992 and sentenced to 24 years in federal prison, but released after serving just 4½ years. He was arrested again in 2007 for sexual battery on a minor and sentenced to 12 years on the recently violated probation. Rosello is the father of Echevarria’s son Peter, who is being investigated by Miami Beach police for punching a homeless man in the groin and then posting the video on his Facebook page. Reality TV exposure has not been kind to Echevarria, who has been focusing on the recovery of her younger son Frankie (also Rosello’s), who suffered devastating injuries after a 2011 car accident.

After unsuccessfully trying to locate a Miami Beach home for their show, Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, the Kardashian girls have found a secure place in North Miami. Patti Laird from Safer Kids and Homes, who has worked with Madonna and J.Lo, just finished baby proofing the place for Kourtney’s kids, Mason and Penelope. Kourtney is taking no chances; Mason fell and cut open his head against a table in a NYC apartment last year. Located at the end of a peninsula in a gated, waterfront community, the 5,100-square-foot, multi-level Mediterranean has eight bedrooms, most with balconies and bay views; 11 bathrooms; and separate guest quarters.

Reali-tots Mason and Penelope, incidentally, were spotted early Saturday at Makoto with both mom and dad Scott Disick.

May the best man win. Watch live as Donald Trump crowns his “All Star Celebrity Apprentice” 9 p.m. Sunday on NBC. Will it be laid-back cowboy Trace Adkins or Vegas headliner Penn Jillette? The last two standing were tasked with creating an ad campaign and flavor of ice cream for Walgreens food brand Delish. In this corner: Teller’s Magic Swurtle chocolate turtle concoction. In the other: Adkins’ Maple Macadamia MashUp. Both flavors are currently on sale at the drugstore chain.
