The father of Wellington polo mogul John Goodman's young DUI victim wants the equal partition of his son's ashes and distribution to him and his ex-wife, Gossip Extra has learned.

Why?

Neither dad William Wilson nor Lili Wilson can agree on what to do with their son's cremated body.

And now, William Wilson wants a judge in Palm Beach County to order the ashes to be divided up.

It is yet another twist in a saga that has included polo mogul Goodman adopting his adult girlfriend and claims that a malfunction in his $300,000-Bentley caused the February 2010 crash that killed 23-year-old Scott Wilson.
