Weather alert: Less rain, but just as much humidity

aleon@MiamiHerald.com

Looks like the rain is finally letting up in South Florida.

Friday and the weekend will have a “typical summertime pattern,” said meteorologist Dan Gregoria with the National Weather Service in Miami-Dade.

That translates to warm and humid conditions with lows in the upper-80s and highs in the lower-90s through Sunday. Skies will be partly cloudy, with showers and storms that will move inland mainly in the afternoon.

Winds will be mild, with speeds reaching 10 miles per hour.
