I have a suggestion that may cut down on terrorist attacks on American embassies. Why not deduct $1 billion from our aid to those countries in which our embassies are attacked? In addition, another $1 billion should be deducted for each American murdered and one-half billion for each employee wounded.
Maybe then those nations that gladly accept our aid will be more willing to protect our embassies and employees.
