Bar Rafaeli may have dodged a bullet. Her ex, Olympic gold medalist snowboarder Shaun White, faces charges of public intoxication and vandalism in Nashville.

Officers responded to the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel at 2 a.m. Sunday after a drunken man identified as the 26-year-old pulled a fire alarm, forcing evacuation. He tried to flee in a cab before being stopped by a guest, whom White kicked before running away.

Cops gave chase and the athlete fell and hit his head against a fence and ended up in the hospital. White apologized on his Facebook page saying he made “unwise choices” while celebrating at musician Patrick Carney’s wedding.
