Miami Heat President Pat Riley has settled into a $11.75 million penthouse high atop Miami Beach.
Riles sold his Coral Gables mansion earlier this year for $16.75 million.
And Miami-Dade County documents show the 67-year-old Riley recently homesteaded a 6,200-square-foot penthouse at the Apogee building, on the southern tip of Miami Beach.
