Man, 21, held in beating of 91-year-old in Fort Lauderdale

 

According to friends of a 91-year-old dance instructor who was savagely beaten during a burglary, a 21-year-old man ‘chose the wrong person’ to victimize.

She weighs 90 pounds and is almost a centenarian. He’s just 21, and at 205 pounds, stands at six feet, four inches tall.

The 91-year-old dance instructor triumphed over a middle-of-the-night, heavyweight assailant in her bedroom by scratching his face and furiously fighting back, police say.
