Get ready for a nice weekend — with some rain.
Saturday and Sunday will be partly sunny with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms later in the day.
Highs will be around 90.
But the lows will dip to 77. Ahh.
The summer pattern will remain, though. Thunderstorms that develop “could contain lightning strikes, heavy downpours and gusty winds up to 40 mph,” warned Chuck Caracozza of the National Weather Service.
Swimmers should watch out for rip tides that form with the easterly wind blowing through at low tide in the afternoon.
