Amanda Bynes — out of control?

Amanda Bynes is just saying no — to rehab.

Radaronline.com reports that the 26-year-old actress, who was charged in Los Angeles on two hit and run charges last week and arrested in April for a DUI after sideswiping a police car — has no intention of changing her ways.

A source told Radar: “Amanda is refusing to go to rehab or seek any form of psychiatric treatment or diagnosis,” adding, “she has been told by her agent and her dad Rick that she has substance abuse issues and needs to get help. She’s a lost little girl right now.”

TMZ.com had photos of Bynes ( Easy A, She’s the Man, What a Girl Wants) in her car smoking out of what appears to be a marijuana pipe and driving on a suspended license.

The troubled actress appeared disheveled in a long blond wig and sweats Friday in a criminal court where she was charged with reckless endangerment. She was also charged with attempted tampering with evidence and unlawful possession of marijuana, all misdemeanors.
