Westland Hialeah High on lockdown as police search for suspects

Westland Hialeah Senior High School, at 4000 W. 18th Ave., is under lockdown as police search for suspects in an attempted robbery.

According to WSVN, the robbery attempt was foiled by an undercover police officer. The area around West 44th Street between West 12th and 16th avenues is being monitored for the two suspects who were travelling in a stolen white Nissan.
