A Broward County school employee was arrested Saturday evening after neighbors spotted him standing in front of his apartment naked.

According to the incident report, a neighbor of 55-year old Mark Stephen Lynn in the 8900 block of Northwest 38th Drive in Coral Springs said his daughter reportedly saw Lynn standing in front of his apartment overhang, under a light, nude.

The girl ran to tell her parents. They told police they too saw a fully nude Lynn walk in and out of his apartment several times.

When Lynn saw that he was being watched, the report states he went inside his apartment but left the front door open. That’s when the neighbors called police. While they were on the phone, Lynn reportedly shut the door.

Lynn has been charged with exhibition/child under 16 and two counts of exposure of sexual organs.

This is not the first time police were called after Lynn was allegedly spotted naked outside his apartment. Police say they have been called to the apartment twice in the past for similar behavior. In one of the cases, the witness declined to press charges but wanted it documented.

Lynn works at Country Hill Elementary School in Coral Springs. It’s unclear what position he holds at the school.
