Miami Beach cops: Carjacked van full of pharmaceuticals

 

Police say three carjackers took off in a white cargo van full of pharmaceuticals. The license tag is 058TPA.

Miami Beach police are searching for three armed men who carjacked a van full of drugs from a Miami Beach pharmacy Friday morning.

According to police, a courier said the men surprised him with a handgun just before 10 a.m. after he parked the van behind Midtown Pharmacy at 753 W. 41st St.

He said they threatened him, jumped in the van and took off.

Police are searching for a white cargo van with license tag 058TPA, according to Sgt. Bobby Hernandez, a police spokesman.

Anyone with information should call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
