Parents with toddlers and young children are invited to a special Tot Shabbat service to be at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Beth David Congregation, 2625 SW Third Ave. in Miami’s Roads neighborhood.

During the service, families will learn interactive songs and stories, light candles, take trips through the synagogue and explore different themes throughout the year. The evening will conclude with milk and cookies. It’s free.

Beth David and The Gordon Schools will host a Free Family Fun Day Carnival from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.
