Let the envy begin. Forbes released its annual list of the highest-paid celebrities to torture us regular folks.

Yup, Oprah Winfrey is on top again, for the fourth year in a row, netting $165 million in the fiscal year ending in May. Rounding out the top five: local Transformers director Michael Bay ($160 million), Steven Spielberg ($130M), Jerry Bruckheimer ($115M) and Dr. Dre ($110M, thanks to his stake in the Beats by Dr. Dre headphones).

Among the others rolling in the Top 20 dough: Tyler Perry, Howard Stern, author James Patterson, S imon Cowell, Glenn Beck, Elton John, Tom Cruise, Rush Limbaugh, Dr. Phil McGraw, Ryan Seacrest, Britney Spears and Tiger Woods.

Baby train

Holly Madison is happily pregnant. The former Holly’s World and The Girls Next Door star, 32, is expecting a baby in March with party promoter Pasquale Rotella.

Amber Rose and her fiancé, rapper Wiz Khalifa, are also going to be parents, RadarOnline.com dishes, adding it was a surprise.

Rekindled fires

They dated briefly in 2007, and now Minka Kelly, 32, and Captain America star Chris Evans, 31, are giving it another go, according to Us Weekly. “She did a number on him,” a source tells the mag of Derek Jeter’s ex. “But she reached out to Chris this time.”

It begins again

NBC says the big guy behind the cartoon comedy Family Guy will guest host the season’s first Saturday Night Live. Seth MacFarlane will be presiding when the show begins its 38th season Sept. 15. Musical guest: Frank Ocean.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt will return to host for the second time on Sept. 22; on Oct. 6, Daniel Craig will do the honors.

Married woman?

A little more than a month away from welcoming her first child, Adele was spotted window-shopping at Fulham Road in London. The 24-year-old singer, who’s been dating entrepreneur Simon Konecki for the past year, was sporting a gold band on her ring finger, Life & Style exclusively reveals.

Bitter battle

Kelly Rutherford has lost her bid to keep her two kids with her in the U.S. A juge ruled that the actress’ schedule allows her to travel to Monaco to visit her children, who live with her ex, Daniel Giersch, over there.
