Front Porch hires chef; SuViche expands to Beach

 

Todd Webster, a Le Cordon Bleu Miami graduate and former sous chef at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, has been named executive chef at The Front Porch Café, 1458 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach.

SuViche ceviche and sushi restaurant has a new location at 1119 16th St., Miami Beach; 305-777-3555.

Folks from Growing Happy Kids from Health Foods, a maker of organic babies’, toddlers’ and children’s foods, talk about their products at 2 p.m. Sunday at Books & Books, 265 Aragon Ave., Coral Gables; 305-442-4408.

    ’Check, Please!’ returns Monday
