Alejandro Ortiz, Aniece Meinhold and Cesar Zapata, the trio behind The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions and Phuc Yea!, have announced the formation of The Pious Pig Restaurant Group and the planned mid-September opening of Acme Bakery & Coffee at Midtown Miami with Alejandro and Alysia Ortiz at the helm.
