8 oz. Burger calls attention to its new location at 14815 Biscayne Blvd., North Miami, by launching a Butchery & Beer series of Monday night classes and dinners on Sept. 10. The evening begins at 8 p.m. with Stone Pale Ale and house-made pork crackling followed by a 90-minute hog butchery class during which students will sip Smoked Porter, Arrogant Bastard and Glazed Levitation.
