‘Best of the Best’ sale at Lennar’s Umbria townhomes at The Vineyards

For nearly 59 years, Lennar has introduced the best in design and value to Florida families, creating homes and communities offering families both value and lifestyle, says a company official.

Now Lennar’s Umbria townhomes at The Vineyards in Homestead is having the “Best of the Best” sale with zero closing costs and $10,000 toward phenomenal upgrades with newly completed townhomes priced from the $150,000s.

“This is the value of all values,” says Carlos Gonzalez, President of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division. “Now home buyers can exceed their home expectations by adding thousands toward upgrades, such as a stainless steel appliance package, granite countertops or ceramic tile throughout, and they save thousands in their closing costs, too.”

Lennar is unveiling the new townhomes, with beautifully decorated models, at its Umbria community in The Vineyards. Along with the designs of other Lennar Vineyards homes, this community will offer an original architectural style to include stone exteriors, decorative outlookers and shutters, and an abundance of warm exterior colors. The details carry in to the spacious interiors offering three and four bedrooms plus garage.

“Our townhomes at Umbria offer many of the decorative features found in larger single-family homes, such as custom archways, pedestal sinks in the guest baths, his-and-hers vanities in the master bath, decorative tray ceilings, spacious walk-in closets in the master suites plus so much more,” says Gonzalez.

“Umbria at The Vineyards community in Homestead, indeed, has generated quite a bit of interest among home buyers eager to be part of Lennar’s lifestyle community and who are also looking to live care-free in an affordable and conveniently located neighborhood in beautiful South Florida,” adds Gonzalez. “In fact, Umbria homeowners have the unique opportunity to have the grandest of amenities included, with a private clubhouse offering a family and children’s pool, tot lot, fitness center, sauna, hot tub and barbeque pavilion.”

As Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” homes, they come with popular features and upgrades including the Nexia Home Intelligence system, which offers the convenience of remote/keyless access, temperature and lighting control, and real-time security camera. Everything can be controlled from anywhere with a smartphone, tablet or computer with Internet access.

The Lennar Welcome Home Center for Umbria is at The Isles at Oasis. The center, at 128 SE 28th Ter. in Homestead, is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 888-208-7697 or visit Lennar.com/Florida Deals. Realtor participation is welcome.
