Centerline Homes opens Riverwalk at Lago Mar in Plantation

For more than 19 years, Centerline Homes has been one of Florida’s premier home builders, says a company spokesperson.

Founded on a philosophy of providing buyers with the best locations, quality construction, innovative design and legendary value, Centerline Homes is adding Riverwalk at Lago Mar to its roster of neighborhoods, says the spokesperson.

The new community will feature three- and four-bedroom townhomes, each with a two-car garage, priced from $279,900. Located in west Plantation, Riverwalk at Lago Mar sits at the crossroads of south Florida’s interstate highway system. Residents are literally minutes from Interstate-595, I-75 and I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike, making travel in any direction very accessible.

“Interest in Riverwalk has been tremendous,” says Deb Marton, Vice President of Sales for Centerline Homes. “Our location, design, value and pricing are very appealing to a wide variety of buyers.”

In addition to easy access to transportation, Riverwalk at Lago Mar is also convenient to shopping, parks, Sawgrass Mills Mall and the BankAtlantic Center.

Centerline Homes will feature two distinct designs that offer buyers a choice of three-bedroom, three-bedroom-plus-loft or four-bedroom floor plans, all with a two-car garage in an intimate village setting with a controlled-access entry.

The Shenandoah model, priced from $279,900, offers more than 1,800 square feet of living area. The first floor provides a large grand room and separate family room. The oversize kitchen is the center of this home and is adjacent to a spacious breakfast area that provides access to the covered rear patio.

The design excitement continues on the Shenandoah’s second floor. The owner’s suite spans 22 feet in width and includes a retreat and an elegant coffered ceiling detail. All owner’s baths at Riverwalk at Lago Mar feature a Roman-style soaking tub, separate shower, double vanities, private water closet area, linen closet and large walk-in closet. Completing the second floor are two additional bedrooms, a second full bath and a fully equipped laundry room.

Centerline Homes will also offer the very popular Sequoia model at Riverwalk at Lago Mar. Priced from $299,900, the Sequoia also features a spacious grand room and family room that allow for a choice of personalized furniture arrangements. The kitchen features an oversize window, center island and access to the covered patio. The Sequoia’s premium end location and side entry add a feeling of privacy and a sense of single-family living, says Marton.

The Sequoia’s second floor also features a spacious owner’s suite with luxury bath, coffered ceiling and walk-in closet. The loft, located between the owner’s suite and two secondary bedrooms, can be converted to a fourth bedroom. A second full bath, linen closet and fully equipped laundry room complete the design of the second floor.

Every townhome at Riverwalk at Lago Mar also includes the value that Centerline Homes has become known for, says Marton. Standard features include impact-resistant windows and sliding glass doors, two-car garages, 18-inch ceramic tile flooring throughout first-floor living areas, maple cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen and all full baths, stainless steel Whirlpool kitchen appliance package, iron picket stair rails, laundry rooms with Whirlpool washer and dryer and built-in cabinets, travertine windowsills, brick paver driveway, walkway and covered rear patio.

Riverwalk at Lago Mar is on West Broward Boulevard between Flamingo Road and Commodore Drive. Take I-595 to Flamingo Road, exit and proceed north to Broward Boulevard, turn left (west) and continue 1.5 miles to Riverwalk at Lago Mar. The on-site sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
