Back-to-School examinations: Miami Florida Blue will conduct a free health fair on Saturday. Physicals are limited to the first 100 children, vision screenings to the first 60, and hearing screenings to the first 24 students. Only Florida school children qualify and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents should bring their child’s immunization record and their insurance or Medicaid card. The fair will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Florida Blue, 8895 SW 136th St., across from the Falls.

Dance Till You Drop: Remember the days of the great dance-off competitions where you’d shake and shimmy until a judge tapped you out? The Body & Soul fitness studio, 3183 SW 38 Ct., Miami., will host a Dance Till You Drop eight-hour competition event to benefit Guardian Angels of Holtz Children’s Hospital and Art Studio Miami. The event will be held at 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Aug. 17 at Body & Soul. Registration: $25 members, $35 non-members. Call 305-441-2348.
