Police searching for car burglary suspect after fatal crash involving two cyclists in Cooper City

Broward police are investigating a hit-and-run crash at Palm Avenue and Sheridan Street in Cooper City.

According to the Broward Sherriff’s Office of Media Relations, detectives are looking for a car burglary suspect who crashed into two cyclists. Both cyclists died from the impact.

Police say the suspect left a silver car at the scene.
