Good thing Dennis Hopper isn’t alive to hear about this. His son Henry Hopper, 21, is being sued by an anonymous woman who says the actor raped her 16-year-old daughter. Henry, who made his film debut last year in Gus Van Sant’s Restless, is accused of meeting the girl through a mutual friend, then inviting her over and had sex with her while plying her with alcohol and drugs. The family wants punitive damages.

In other troubled celebrity spawn news: Scout Willis has avoided jail time but not two days of community service after her public drinking arrest in June. A Manhattan judge agreed to dismiss her misdemeanor case if she does a whopping two days of cleaning highways or something. Willis, now 21, didn’t have to enter a plea. The Brown University student was arrested when cops saw her drinking from a can of “Pakistani beer” in a NYC park, violating the city’s open-container law. She also flashed a fake ID.
