It’s good to be Aviva Drescher, with her penthouse in Miami Beach where she can invite all her friends and frenemies.

On Monday night’s episode, The Real Housewives of New York City ditched the Hamptons for SoFla and got a taste of how the socialite lives in the winter months (they visited during Art Basel).

The high-maintenance crew also got a chance to Aviva’s playboy father, George Teichner, who harassed the ladies with X-rated, highly inappropriate banter.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Teichner is the former accountant for Woody Allen and the Beatles, but that doesn’t mean he should discuss the Big O in mixed company. As for Aviva, who is married to Fran Drescher’s cousin, financial advisor Reid Drescher, she really doesn’t appreciate her sweet pied a terre. On Bravotv.com, the 42-year-old amputee (who lost her lower leg in a farming accident as a child) gives an e-tour of the sprawling apartment in the sky that often makes her “sea sick.” She takes a shot at the Magic City by describing the crib as “very simple, inexpensive, like Miami” because “Miami’s a little bit tacky.” See the tour at www.bravotv.com/the-real-housewives-of-new-york-city/season-5/videos/avivas-miami-crib

Pretty and busy

Christina Milian liked discovering things about her heritage with Nicolita, the swimsuit line she co-owns with fellow Cuban American Nicole di Rocco. “I liked finding myself through my roots,’’ said Milian, who was here visiting for Miami Swim Week. “From the music like Celia Cruz [which was played at their catwalk show] to Bustelo coffee.’

The New Jersey native is also finding herself on TV’s The Voice, as social media correspondent. “It’s a lot of work,’’ Milian admitted of the networking gig. “But the judges like Cee Lo [Green] have so much to do with mentoring and all that. It’s got to be more heavy duty for them.”

Also in the works for Milian: an album with her new label, Young Money. “I’m pretty darned busy!”
