Homestead teacher accused of sex acts with former students

 

A Homestead teacher is under arrest after police say he had inappropriate relationships with two underage former students.

Andre Alexander Martinez, 30, is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual activity with minors.

Martinez works as a teacher at Keys Gate Charter School. Police say the alleged acts occurred over a two-year time span, between 2010 and 2012.

The investigation is ongoing and police think there may be more victims.
