A woman who was asked by a cop to demonstrate how her husband tried to strangle her found herself in handcuffs.

Claudia Ambroziak, 58, was charged with battery on a police officer.

"I asked Claudia to show me how Joe (Ambroziak) choked her," Port Orange Officer Michael Garay wrote in his report, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal. "Claudia was able to place approximately two fingers and her thumb around the front of my neck...was able to apply pressure to the front of my neck."

Garay responded to a domestic disturbance call at 10:57 a.m. Wednesday. Joe Ambroziak told the officer his wife of 33 years kicked him in the back while they were arguing.

After being asked to demonstrate, the woman jumped off the couch and said "I'll show how you how he did."
