While Cuban dissident, patriot and peaceful human-rights advocate Oswaldo Payá, was being buried in Havana, his family, friends and followers attending his funeral were being brutally beaten by henchmen of the Castro dictatorship. At the same time, ABC Nightline had the lack of tact to show a piece about the prowess and training of future boxers in Cuba.
Perhaps some of these boxers will advance in their careers by beating the opposition to the Castro brothers. Don’t forget that three-time Olympic gold medal winner, Teofilo Stephenson, beat up an airline agent while passing through Miami International Airport.
Shame on ABC Nightline.
