'Toxic tush' suspect may not have caused woman's death, lawyer says in Broward County

 

The attorney for the suspect accused of administering butt-boosting injections that killed a 31-year-old woman told a judge Friday that it could have been subsequent cosmetic surgeries, not the injections, that caused her fatal respiratory failure.

Oneal Ron Morris, 31, was being held in Broward County jail on $150,000 bail Friday. Morris, who was born a man but identifies as a woman, was charged with manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license resulting in bodily injury. For the complete story, go to SunSentinel.com
