Two men – including former New England Patriots draft pick Louis Gachelin – have pleaded guilty to their roles in fraudulently cashing income tax refunds, federal court records show.

Gachelin, 31, of Miramar, pleaded guilty on Friday in federal court in Miami to theft of government money and aggravated identity theft.
