Three armed robbers dressed as police officers stormed a house in South Miami-Dade Friday morning, according to the real police.

The home invaders haven’t been identified and their sex is unknown.

At about 2:30 a.m., the robbers, sporting hats and T-shirts with the word “police” written on them, entered a house in the 30900 block of Southwest 195th Avenue. The robbers woke up one of the people inside, took him around the house at gunpoint and shouted that they were police, Miami-Dade police said.

The robbers then took an undisclosed amount of jewelry and electronics.
