Aventura Isles’ VIP Sales Event, held at the Turnberry Isles, was an enormous success, a spokesperson for the development says.

The event achieved record-breaking sales with 115 homes for the developer Encore Homebuilders, says the spokesperson. With approximately 500 guests in attendance, Aventura Isles has successfully accumulated more than $28 million dollars in sales with more reservations coming in at a record breaking pace, says the spokesperson.

“This VIP Sales Event was by far the single most successful event since 2005,” says Lauren Arcaro, sales manager. “Families are excited about the community and what it has to offer families starting in the low $200,000s. The response to our location is overwhelming because Aventura Isles is located just minutes from Aventura with its world-class shopping, dining and easy access to I-95 corridor,” adds Arcaro.

Aventura Isles offers an exciting lifestyle for families in a guard-gated community, says Arcaro. Residents can enjoy jogging trails, 37 acres of parks and 20 acres of lakes. There’s something to keep each family member busy, she says. The community is minutes from the world-famous Aventura Mall, beaches, dining and elementary, middle and senior high schools.

The Encore Homebuilders’ team has collectively delivered tens of thousands of new homes and together they are eager to continue their significant contribution to the South Florida landscape with their newest community, Aventura Isles, says Arcaro. The 150-acre property is a rare gem of undeveloped land in the highly desirable and predominately built-out North Miami-Dade. Encore Homebuilders was founded by two real estate developers with more than 50 years of building expertise, Arthur Falcone and Neil Eisner, the team behind the meteoric growth of South Florida-based Transeastern Homes until its sale in 2005, says Arcaro.

Encore Homebuilders is dedicated to providing quality new residences with maximum value to homeowners who wish to become part of the Aventura Isles community, says Arcaro. The three-, four- and five-bedroom Mediterranean-inspired homes surrounded by a park setting. There are three themed series: The Island, Caribbean and the Jewel, all of which will be situated throughout the beautifully landscaped and maintenance-free community. Each series has four unique floor plans with a choice of two elevations, including one offering a stone facade. Included in the homes are fully equipped kitchens with Kenmore appliances, granite counter tops in a wide choice of colors, paver driveways and high-impact windows.

The sales center is at 190 NE 199th St. (Ives Dairy Road), Suite 106, in Miami. It is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday noon to 4 p.m. From I-95, take Ives Dairy Road, exit west and travel about two miles, past NE 195th Street. Continue to the temporary office just past and adjacent to the property entrance in Ives Point. From the turnpike, take the Dolphin Stadium exit, turn right onto NE 199th Street, go east about two miles, and over the canal bridge, to the temporary sales office on the south side of the road.
