There’s a new chef en route to Coral Gables’ Route 9.

After his wife, chef and business partner, Paola, became pregnant, owner Jeremy Goldberg went on the hunt for someone to oversee the kitchen. He found Chris Paciolla, whom Goldberg met when he was managing Johnny V on Las Olas and Paciolla was the lead line cook.
